Shipping policy

At Twiz Clothing, each piece is produced with intention and quality in mind. To ensure the highest standards, we operate on a limited-batch production model.

Once a cap on orders for a product is reached, all orders are sent to our manufacturer for production. Manufacturing typically takes 2–3 weeks to be completed. This timeframe allows us to ensure proper materials, construction, and quality control.

After we receive the finished products from our manufacturer, orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that total delivery time includes production + processing + shipping. Because production begins only after order caps are met, all orders placed during this period are considered made-to-order.
